How long have you been at Delamode?
I joined Delamode in March 2020, but I have been a part of the group since the opening of Pall-Ex Romania, around 11 years ago.
How would you describe your job in 3 words?
Amazing, Rewarding, Dynamic
What is your day-to-day in your role?
I provide operational support for one of the company’s biggest customers, but I am in constant communications with all the customers and with our carriers. My role is to optimise and to find the best transport solution for our customers in order to grant them the best experience they can have with a transportation company. Also, I share my knowledge and my experience with my team in order to help them face different situations, more or less usual for them, thus improving their skills and expertise.
What is your favourite part of your role?
I think my favourite part of my role is my operational activity for our customers. I am a social and active person, so keeping in touch and helping them every day makes me feel satisfied and determined to be better every day.
Last but not least, I like my team and everything we manage to do together.
What led you to your current role?
I was lucky to be part of Pall-Ex Romania’s starting team in 2011, I had the chance to learn from the best people and their experience. They offered me the opportunity to grow within the company, but I think my proactive attitude, hard word and determination are also factors in my progress.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I like reading books and I try to do this every evening. I love spending time with my friends, going to basketball games, watching movies at the cinema, travelling, drinking a good coffee, laughing.
Where is your end goal for your career?
Every day I want to become the best version of myself for me and the people around me. My goal is to continue developing myself and my team, learning new things and following the industry trends so that we can help and support our customers in their business.
